Xilam announces the appointment of Caterina Gonnelli-Linden as Co-Chief Executive Officer and the promotions of Camille Wiplier and Safaa Benazzouz to Deputy Chief Executive Officers, effective immediately.

Under this new structure, Caterina Gonnelli-Linden and Marc du Pontavice share executive leadership of the Group. These appointments recognise the contribution of three leaders to many of Xilam’s successes in recent years.

• Caterina Gonnelli-Linden takes operational responsibility for the development and production of children’s programmes for television and digital platforms. She oversees content, operations, distribution and human resources.

• Camille Wiplier expands her remit to include IT and technical services, alongside the operations she has led since January 2026.

• Safaa Benazzouz leads content distribution and marketing strategy, overseeing international sales, marketing, digital and merchandising.

Marc du Pontavice, Chairman and CEO, retains responsibility for the Group’s strategy and diversification, particularly in feature film, and Young adult series, as well as shareholder relations and oversight of finance and legal affairs.

From the development and production to worldwide distribution, this structure strengthens coordination across our teams to support Xilam’s next phase of growth.
