Today, Marc du Pontavice, CEO and founder of Xilam Animation, has the honor of participating on Monday in the Lumière Summit in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, which is being held under the chairmanship of Emmanuel Macron, President of the Republic, and Lee Jae-myung, President of the Republic of Korea.

220 participants representing 65 countries will gather for this one-day event: leaders of major global film, audiovisual, and video game companies; producers; creators; and representatives of governments and major cultural organizations.

“At a time of fragmentation in video distribution and formats, and a massive shift of audiences toward streaming—controlled by a handful of operators—this summit is an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of promoting the circulation of independent works,” says Marc du Pontavice.
